Craig’s journey in construction started at the ground level - literally. Beginning as a site labourer, he worked his way up through the ranks, becoming a supervisor and eventually managing projects of all sizes. From £10,000 jobs to multi-million-pound developments, Craig’s hands-on experience spans the entire spectrum of construction.
With nearly two decades in the industry, Craig has worked alongside estimators, surveyors, and on-site teams, gaining invaluable knowledge through determination and a willingness to listen and learn. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration and teamwork, ensuring every voice is heard and every challenge is met with practical solutions.
Craig takes pride in delivering projects that exceed expectations and values relationships built on trust and respect—qualities that define the ethos of H&T Projects Group.

Dominik brings a wealth of commercial expertise to H&T Projects Group. Originally training as a Quantity Surveyor, he progressed to senior leadership roles within one of the UK’s most respected construction companies. With a proven track record in managing project P&L and leading diverse delivery teams, Dominik’s experience spans everything from minor maintenance contracts to £100 million infrastructure projects.
Over his 25-year career, Dominik has worked with private clients, blue-chip companies, and government bodies, driving commercial excellence and implementing robust operating standards.
His passion lies in creating customer-centric delivery models, always prioritising transparency, honesty, and client satisfaction.
