My Name is Craig Hustwit Director of H&T Projects Group ltd
I come from the operational side of construction originally starting out as a site labourer, before progressing my career into supervision and
then into management of sites. Ranging form 10k jobs right through to looking after jobs in their millions of pounds.
I have worked directly with estimators, surveyors throughout me career. I gained experience and knowledge through hard work
determination and listening to others. I have been in construction sector almost 20 years. I pride myself on working as a team and listening
to all opinions.
I come from a Commercial back ground originally training as a Quantity surveyor, before expanding and progressing my
career to senior leadership level with one of the biggest and most respected construction companies in the UK.
Have a proven track record of successful delivery of projects, being accountable for project P&L and leading the delivery teams, direct
experience running teams of estimators, surveyors, design teams and project managers. From a senior leadership level I drive and
implement commercial procedures and operating standards for both private clients, major blue chips clients including all types of
government bodies. Gained experience through determination and a passion to succeed working on a huge variety of projects specialising
in everything from minor maintenance contracts through to £100million plus infrastructure projects and everything in between.
I have been in the construction sector for almost 25years. Pride myself on operating honestly and transparently with a key focus on
becoming a customer centric delivery partner.
